This is a full Business Intelligence application. IRIS features a host of standard reports as well as unlimited ad-hoc reporting capability. Use any field or dimension, with any measure, in any report, with any filter.
There are no limits or segmentations to the data. IRIS reports against a single data warehouse so you never have to worry about which dataset to choose.
What makes IRIS unique? You never have to run a report. Standard reports are run for you and delivered via the web portal or by email. And if you do not desire to create custom reports, we will do that for you as well.
IRIS IntelliView
IntelliView is a full-featured data-viewer. It allows the user to drill into their data to find out how you are performing at any level: Firmwide; Office Location; Practice Group; Timekeeper; Client. You decide what type of performance you are trying to measure, at what level, what filters you may want, and how you want the data to display.
Best of all- you never leave the main screen. The answers are nearly instant, and you can always see the cascade of choices you have made. Change any one of them and the display changes in seconds. Compare offices, practice groups, even timekeepers. Export your results or bookmark them for later review. This is the easiest and fastest way to get answers about your firm!
IRIS Dashboard
The dashboard module allows you to see your trends at a glance. Pick the Performance Metrics you want to track and the dashboard will display the historic performance for you. Want to know how well you are doing compared to budget? IRIS Dashboard has a Scorecard feature that lets you know if you are on pace, above expectations, or falling behind! And if you are behind, the Alerts will let you know.
