Seelin Naidoo: Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Seelin Naidoo is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of Cash Management Solutions. Prior to joining CMS, Seelin was Senior Vice President at Trustinus, a global outsourcing company, and Vice President and General Manager of Kelly Services' outsourcing division. While at Kelly Services, Seelin turned around his division which became profitable for the first time under his direction. He also set the strategic direction for the division, which included developing value-added service lines, building sales and marketing teams, and developing an operational structure to deliver world class service. In addition, Seelin has sold and launched outsource operations in Europe, Mexico, and India, and has negotiated and developed key alliances on and off-shore. Seelin began his career with Moore Business Forms, where he worked his way from sales representative to Vice President and General Manager. Seelin holds a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

C. Jason Payne: Chairman, Board of Directors
As Chairman, Mr. Payne is responsible for helping set the strategic direction of Cash Management Solutions in addition to spearheading specific company initiatives. Mr. Payne recently held the role of interim CEO prior to the hiring of Mr. Naidoo. Mr. Payne is also Managing Partner of Mainsail Partners , a private equity firm that invests in and builds business service companies. Mr. Payne has always been involved in entrepreneurial endeavors, and in addition to co-founding Mainsail, he also co-founded Madrone Management, a private investment company, and WiredCapital, a venture-backed technology company targeting the equipment finance industry. Prior to that, Mr. Payne held a variety of roles with American Dental Partners, Inc. (ADPI), a publicly-held dental practice management company. During his tenure, Mr. Payne helped grow ADPI from start-up to over $130 million in revenues and over 1500 employees through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Mr. Payne began his career with Summit Partners, a private equity group that manages over $5.5 billion in assets. Mr. Payne holds an A.B. in International Relations from Stanford University.

David A. Hicks: Vice President Business Development
Mr. Hicks oversees client engagements and new business development in the Western United States. Prior to joining Cash Management Solutions, Mr. Hicks was Director of Business Development at Kelly Law Registry, the legal placement and outsourcing division of Kelly Services, Inc. Earlier, as Director of Sales for Integrity Interactive Corporation (ethics and compliance programs), Mr. Hicks focused on the financial integrity requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation as well as the sexual harassment prevention provisions of California’s AB 1825. Previously, Mr. Hicks was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with iEnvision Technology, Inc., a legal industry technology consulting and integration concern. Mr. Hicks graduated cum laude from Princeton University and received his law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. His publications include contributions to the California Regulatory Law Reporter. Mr. Hicks is a member of the Legal Marketing Association - Bay Area Chapter, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Robert Stolph: Vice President Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Stolph is responsible for all sales directives for new and current clients in the Northeast region. This responsibility encompasses all activities from the initial sales engagement through full implementation. Ongoing quarterly progress reviews for the life of the engagement is also part of the CMS partnership. Prior to joining CMS, Mr. Stolph was in the print and distribution outsourcing industry for 15 years. While working for the two industry leaders, Moore Business Forms and The Relizon Company, Mr. Stolph grew new sales revenues by more than 20 million dollars. His direct sales and implementation background strategically positioned himself as a leader in his industry. Mr. Stolph graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1990 with BSBA from the School of Business and Marketing.

Paul Crone: Regional President (West)
Mr. Crone is a former owner of Cash Management Solutions and oversees client engagements, consulting projects and new business development in the Central United States. Prior to joining Cash Management Solutions, Mr. Crone was the executive director of Bryan Cave, a 600-lawyer St. Louis-based international law firm. Previously, Mr. Crone was Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with Prudential Home Mortgage Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential Insurance Company. Mr. Crone also spent a portion of his career in executive roles with Bucyrus-Erie Company, a manufacturer of surface mining, aerospace, construction and industrial equipment. His role there included establishing and managing outsourced operations in 12 countries. Mr. Crone is a graduate of Harvard Law School and The Stanford Executive Program, holds an undergraduate engineering degree, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David Buergler: Vice President of Operations and Finance
As Vice President of Operations and Finance, David Buergler is responsible for the company's operations, including the offsite collections and business intelligence products, and for the company's accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining CMS, David was a partner in V1 Ventures and Senior Vice President of Operations for US Net, a leading full service Internet Service Provider and V1's operating company. Prior to V1 Ventures, David was Vice President of Operations for Millennium Digital Media's Internet subsidiary, which grew from a start up to over $35 million in revenue. In addition, David has also previously held positions in corporate development, finance, and information technology. David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Washington University.

Michael J. Ferdman: Vice President, Marketing/Client Development
Mr. Ferdman brings extensive experience in sales and credit management to his role as Vice President of Marketing and Client Development. Mr. Ferdman is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales, including the development of communications campaigns and the refinement of the service offerings. Prior to joining Cash Management Solutions, Mr. Ferdman served as the managing director of Ness Trading, an international inventory brokerage firm. Previously, at State Auto Supply, a large Midwestern wholesale distributor, Mr. Ferdman held the position of marketing and operations manager. In addition to his roles in marketing and client development, Mr. Ferdman has also served as a law firm consultant for Cash Management Solutions.

Constance (Connie) A. Englind, CCE: Regional Vice President
Ms. Englind joined CMS in 2003, following 25 years of credit management positions with Fortune 500 companies. She is a graduate of Oklahoma City University with a B.S. in Professional Studies-Technical Management, and also holds the designation Certified Credit Executive (CCE) - the highest-level certification in the credit industry. Ms. Englind was employed in credit management positions with Occidental Petroleum, Amoco Corporation and Williams Energy prior to joining CMS. She has served as Chairman of the Board for the National Association of Credit Management – MidAmerica, and has been actively involved in many other professional credit organizations.

David Kinney, CCE: Regional Vice President
David Kinney has over thirty years of financial management in both the banking and hospitality industries. He has managed hotels and owned his own restaurant. Joining Cash Management Solutions in 1999, David has worked as a Senior Consultant in law firms in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was promoted to Regional Vice President and is now responsible for the operations of many firms across the US. His duties include starting new firms by hiring the consultant and training them in Cash Management's philosophies. He oversees the day to day operations of these consultants. Additionally, David is responsible for the production reports that reflect Cash Management's operations nationally. David has a BS Degree in Business Management. He also serves on the boards of directors for various charitable organizations and teaches credit management classes for the National Association of Credit Managers.

Catarino Soto: Regional Vice President
Mr. Soto has 30 years experience in financial and marketing management. He also has extensive experience in the professional training area. Mr. Soto started his professional career with Bank of America in retail banking. He also worked for Security Pacific Bank in the corporate and international banking areas. He has worked in such diverse markets as Los Angeles, New York City, South Florida and Portland, Oregon. He has traveled on a professional capacity to Latin America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Soto joined CMS in 1998 as a senior consultant in South Florida where he worked for a major law firm. He was promoted to Regional Vice President in July 2005. His principal responsibilities include the supervision of consultants in the Southeast region. Mr. Soto obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University and his MBA from UCLA, both in California. He has served on the boards of directors of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (Miami), the YMCA, Hispanic Unity for Oregon and other professional and nonprofit organizations.

Raymond Johnson: National Director Deloitte Engagement
Mr. Johnson serves as national director (the leader of) our Deloitte engagement. He oversees and is directly involved in the entire project from an operational, strategic and client service perspective. The engagement is across all functional areas and geographic regions covering the entire US for this member of the "big four" global accounting firms. Before joining CMS in November 2000, Mr. Johnson spent 36 years in the commercial and retail banking industry culminating in 17 years as President and Director of a state banking corporation he co-founded. As a financial consultant to a billion dollar banking corporation he was involved directly with senior management in executive coaching, budgeting and client relationships as to their impact on the performance of the bank. He has also owned and operated retail businesses. Ray attended the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
