Seelin Naidoo: Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Seelin Naidoo is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of Cash Management Solutions. Prior to joining CMS, Seelin was Senior Vice President at Trustinus, a global outsourcing company, and Vice President and General Manager of Kelly Services' outsourcing division.
While at Kelly Services, Seelin turned around his division which became profitable for the first time under his direction. He also set the strategic direction for the division, which included developing value-added service lines, building sales and marketing teams, and developing an operational structure to deliver world class service.
In addition, Seelin has sold and launched outsource operations in Europe, Mexico, and India, and has negotiated and developed key alliances on and off-shore. Seelin began his career with Moore Business Forms, where he worked his way from sales representative to Vice President and General Manager. Seelin holds a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Michael J. Ferdman: Vice President, Marketing/Client Development

Mr. Ferdman brings extensive experience in sales and credit management to his role as Vice President of Marketing and Client Development. Mr. Ferdman is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales, including the development of communications campaigns and the refinement of the service offerings.
Prior to joining Cash Management Solutions, Mr. Ferdman served as the managing director of Ness Trading, an international inventory brokerage firm. Previously, at State Auto Supply, a large Midwestern wholesale distributor, Mr. Ferdman held the position of marketing and operations manager. In addition to his roles in marketing and client development, Mr. Ferdman has also served as a law firm consultant for Cash Management Solutions.

David Buergler: Vice President of Operations and Finance

As Vice President of Operations and Finance, David Buergler is responsible for the company's operations, including the offsite collections and business intelligence products, and for the company's accounting and finance functions.
Prior to joining CMS, David was a partner in V1 Ventures and Senior Vice President of Operations for US Net, a leading full service Internet Service Provider and V1's operating company. Prior to V1 Ventures, David was Vice President of Operations for Millennium Digital Media's Internet subsidiary, which grew from a start up to over $35 million in revenue. In addition, David has also previously held positions in corporate development, finance, and information technology. David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Washington University .

Robert Stolph: Vice President Business Development - East

As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Stolph is responsible for all sales directives for new and current clients in the Northeast region. This responsibility encompasses all activities from the initial sales engagement through full implementation.
Ongoing quarterly progress reviews for the life of the engagement is also part of the CMS partnership. Prior to joining CMS, Mr. Stolph was in the print and distribution outsourcing industry for 15 years. While working for the two industry leaders, Moore Business Forms and The Relizon Company, Mr. Stolph grew new sales revenues by more than 20 million dollars. His direct sales and implementation background strategically positioned himself as a leader in his industry. Mr. Stolph graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1990 with BSBA from the School of Business and Marketing.

David A. Hicks: Vice President Business Development - West

Mr. Hicks oversees client engagements and new business development in the Western United States. Prior to joining Cash Management Solutions, Mr. Hicks was Director of Business Development at Kelly Law Registry, the legal placement and outsourcing division of Kelly Services, Inc.
Earlier, as Director of Sales for Integrity Interactive Corporation (ethics and compliance programs), Mr. Hicks focused on the financial integrity requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation as well as the sexual harassment prevention provisions of California’s AB 1825. Previously, Mr. Hicks was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with iEnvision Technology, Inc., a legal industry technology consulting and integration concern.
Mr. Hicks graduated cum laude from Princeton University and received his law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. His publications include contributions to the California Regulatory Law Reporter. Mr. Hicks is a member of the Legal Marketing Association - Bay Area Chapter, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Vergel J. Dytuco: Vice President, Technology

In his role as Vice President of Technology, Vergel develops and manages software and hardware resources used within the corporation. He is the technology architect for IRIS (Intelligence Reporting Information System), a business intelligence tool that is part of the cutting-edge technology solutions provided by CMS.
With more than 20 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in developing proven analytical tools to improve ROI for corporations and their clients. Immediately prior to joining CMS, Vergel was owner of a successful information technology company for more than 10 years, providing a wide range of services to a diverse group of clients throughout the St. Louis and southern Illinois region.
He previously served as Senior Programmer/Analyst for The Farris Group, a specialty healthcare consulting practice. At Farris, he was responsible for developing specialized marketing analysis tools to further the organizational goals to facilitate medical practice acquisitions and develop strategic models to streamline medical staff integration. Vergel began his career as Program Analyst at Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center, and holds a BS Degree in Computer Sciences from Saint Louis University.

Robert C. Graves: Regional Vice President

Bob is a veteran of 35 years in the Credit and Collections fraternity. He had experience in the wholesale shoe and oil industries before spending the last 27 years of his career with Anheuser-Busch Company, Inc., St. Louis, Missouri.
He retired from Anheuser-Busch on December 31, 1993. Bob is a native of St. Louis receiving a degree in Business Administration from Washington University. He also completed the Graduate School of Financial Management while attending Stanford University. During his years in the field of credit, Bob was active in the St. Louis Association of Credit Management and had participated in several trade groups.
At the time of his retirement, Bob was Chairman of the National Store Door Delivery and Dairy Credit Association. Bob has been with Cash Management Solutions since 1994 and is currently a Vice President with responsibilities in the areas of consulting, cash flow analysis, and collections.

David Kinney, CCE: Regional Vice President

David Kinney has over thirty years of financial management in both the banking and hospitality industries. He has managed hotels and owned his own restaurant. Joining Cash Management Solutions in 1999, David has worked as a Senior Consultant in law firms in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
He was promoted to Regional Vice President and is now responsible for the operations of many firms across the US. His duties include starting new firms by hiring the consultant and training them in Cash Management's philosophies.
He oversees the day to day operations of these consultants. Additionally, David is responsible for the production reports that reflect Cash Management's operations nationally. David has a BS Degree in Business Management. He also serves on the boards of directors for various charitable organizations and teaches credit management classes for the National Association of Credit Managers.

Raymond Johnson: Director of National Accounts

Mr. Johnson serves as Director of National Accounts. Currently he oversees and is directly involved in the operations, strategic planning and client services for Cash Management Solutions largest client. The engagement is across all functional areas and geographic regions covering the entire US for this member of the "big four" global accounting firms.
Before joining CMS in November 2000, Mr. Johnson spent 36 years in the commercial and retail banking industry culminating in 17 years as President and Director of a state banking corporation he co-founded. As a financial consultant to a billion dollar banking corporation he was involved directly with senior management in executive coaching, budgeting and client relationships as to their impact on the performance of the bank.
He has also owned and operated retail businesses. Ray attended the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Catarino Soto: Regional Vice President

Mr. Soto has 30 years experience in financial and marketing management. He also has extensive experience in the professional training area.
Mr. Soto started his professional career with Bank of America in retail banking. He also worked for Security Pacific Bank in the corporate and international banking areas. He has worked in such diverse markets as Los Angeles , New York City, South Florida and Portland , Oregon . He has traveled on a professional capacity to Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Soto joined CMS in 1998 as a senior consultant in South Florida where he worked for a major law firm. He was promoted to Regional Vice President in July 2005. His principal responsibilities include the supervision of consultants in the Southeast region. Mr. Soto obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University and his MBA from UCLA, both in California . He has served on the boards of directors of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce ( Miami ), the YMCA, Hispanic Unity for Oregon and other professional and nonprofit organizations.

Constance (Connie) A. Englind, CCE: Regional Vice President

Ms. Englind joined CMS in 2003, following 25 years of credit management positions with Fortune 500 companies. She is a graduate of Oklahoma City University with a B.S. in Professional Studies-Technical Management, and also holds the designation Certified Credit Executive (CCE) - the highest-level certification in the credit industry.
Ms. Englind was employed in credit management positions with Occidental Petroleum, Amoco Corporation and Williams Energy prior to joining CMS. She has served as Chairman of the Board for the National Association of Credit Management – MidAmerica, and has been actively involved in many other professional credit organizations.

Rich Hill, Regional Vice President

Rich Hill came to CMS after over 22 years with May Department Stores managing their proprietary credit card portfolios. He joined CMS in 2006 as a senior consultant working with a prominent Boston Law firm. Having been promoted to Regional Vice President, Rich is responsible for managing various projects across the country.
Rich has attended Villanova University and anticipates graduating from Lindenwood University with a BA in business administration.

Christol Crenshaw: Manager of Data Analysis and Reporting

Ms. Crenshaw joined CMS in 2007 as Manager of Data Analysis and Reporting. Ms. Crenshaw is responsible for development of IRIS Reports and product training. She has BS degrees in Computer Science and Psychology as well as 12 years of technical development skills in the following areas: technical trainer, software application, report and analytic development, database administration, project management and Business Intelligence.
She has worked for several Fortune 500 Companies such as Monsanto, MCI, Citigroup, Reuters. She worked as a Sr. Developer and Database Administrator for two companies (CACI, Inc. and Logicon) that are contractors to the Department of Defense. Ms. Crenshaw has traveled extensively around the world installing network security systems for military bases. She is currently a member of the Business Objects User Group.

Dorise Beck: Business Development Manager

Ms. Beck joined CMS in January of 2003. As a Business Development Manager, Ms. Beck is responsible for introducing Cash Management Solution’s services to the top level management teams at professional services firms.
Ms. Beck is also responsible for managing all company conferences, events and speaking engagements. Ms. Beck is a frequent educational guest-speaker at legal conferences and events throughout the country.
Prior to joining CMS, Ms. Beck has 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing at major companies within the telecommunication, private membership club, and medical fields.

John Wellman: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, Mr. Wellman is responsible for targeting law firm partners and executive management to introduce the full line of accounts receivable management services that Cash Management Solutions offers to the legal industry.
John holds both a B.S in Advertising from Southeast Missouri State University as well as an MBA from Webster University (St. Louis).
John has over 13 years of sales experience. Prior to joining CMS, John was in corporate sales at American Express Incentive Services, selling into Fortune 1000 companies. John joined CMS in August of 2005.

Scott S. Hoffer: Manager, Application Development

In his role as Manager of Application Development, Scott plans, coordinates, and supervises all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of CMS’s mission-critical information systems. Scott is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications.
Scott has over 20 years experience in Information Systems, specializing as a technology consultant, project lead, technical lead, software developer, database analyst, data warehousing architect, and business intelligence specialist. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University; Masters of Science from Lindenwood University, and is Certified as a Computer Forensic Specialist.

River Associates Investments LLC was founded in 1990 as a private equity partner for management teams in buyouts, divestitures and recapitalizations of lower middle market companies. River Associates has invested in companies operating in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, high-margin distribution, industrial services and select retail businesses. River Associates invests alongside management in all of its companies. We often partner with existing management, but will also seek to coinvest with executives who assume a leadership role with a prospective platform company.
