Among many other statistics ReportLink tracks the number of accounts and the amount of the portfolio that is assigned to us. ReportLink also tracks the amounts we have collected and the average age of the items collected.
ReportLink measures our penetration into the firms A/R as a whole and by billing attorney. With these metrics we can track our performance in managing the firm’s portfolio, performance from collector to collector, and even performance relative to other peer firms. This ensures that your firm is receiving industry leading results. ReportLink data can also be incorporated into our IRIS Business Intelligence reports giving the firm insight into the collections function within decisions support reports.
